Please think twice before placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 working hours prior to dispatch. After shipment, we cannot accept refund requests, especially in the case of lack of shipping resources. (Due to COVID-19, shipping time may be affected.)

Where does coalahola ship to?

Our primary market is the United States, so the majority of our inventory is located there. Therefore, for US orders, we can arrange fast local delivery and free shipping. Currently, we have gradually expanded to Canada and Australia. For the rest of the world, we can also arrange shipping, which may take a few days.

Do all orders qualify for free shipping?

No, we will charge according to the region. Please refer to the table below for details. In addition, Coalahola is responsible for possible import duties/customs. So please don't worry.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 3 business days after you place your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. Items that are on backorder or out of stock will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. Processing delays may occur during sales events and peak shopping periods.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order number, carrier information, the date and time your order was placed, the status of your order, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, please click on "Track Your Order" and enter your logistic bill number to inquire.

When your order is shipped, there may be a delay and you may not be able to view the logistics information immediately. Please understand.
